Pictures and video of the end of the year's gift and Winterfest

During the month of December we were very busy ...

- We prepared a little gift for the end of the year's festivities. It was a cute ornament to decorate our home.

We drew something of our choice on the ornament with glittering sticks.

 We wrote a message in French and in English: 
"BONNES FETES/HAPPY HOLIDAYS"

And then we rolled and put it  inside the bowl and finally we poured glittering powder inside too and we shook it up.

- For our winterfest, we sang three songs with the k and PK classes that we learned during our choir classes. You can also find these songs on voicethread...

- We created our own story and choreography over Swan lake music. It was a story inspired from "the very ugly duckling" that we studied at the beginning of the year. Once upon a time, there were two groups of swans: one white and one black. One day, one black swan find himself in the white group and one white swan find himself in the black swan group...The groups expelled the different swan because of its difference. The black and the white swans were very sad but they meet each other and became friends. The others were not happy and tried to get back their own swan. Finally thanks to these 2 swans, all the other swans understood they could be friends no matter their color and at the end everybody is happy and mingle together.

The kids worked very hard 
and I'm very proud of them all and so should you !
